Comprehensive Services from Your Brookline Chiropractor

The team in our office is here for you. Even if you are unsure what type of care and benefit you can have by visiting your Brookline chiropractor, come in to see our team. Some of the services we offer include the following:

Spinal Adjustments

One of the most important ways for us to help reduce your symptoms is to provide corrective adjustments to your spinal and extremities. This allows for the proper alignment and function of your spinal column and body in general. Many times, neck, back, leg or arm pain, and even headaches and migraines stem from poor function and alignment of your spinal. Spinal manipulation is applied with appropriate force(or low force) depending upon your particular needs.

The Graston Technique

One of the most advanced treatment options available to you is the Graston technique. This method uses instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to help reduce your pain. It works to break down scar tissue as well as myofascial restrictions. It’s an important tool to help in treating chronic soft tissue injuries, inflammation and pain, as well as acute injuries.

Muscle and Soft Tissue Therapy

In this type of therapy, we focus contacting muscle (myofascial) tissue while moving the body part, thereby lengthening the short and tight tissue. We also call this method "pin and stretch". This helps to reduce adhesions there, stimulates blood flow to the area, and encourages healing.

Kinesio Taping

This method works as a way to rehabilitate the body. It uses the body’s natural healing process while supporting and stabilizing the muscles and joints. You can still move, but a supported manner. This treatment is effective for patients of all ages rehabilitating from injury or disease.

We also offer advanced care in corrective exercises, lifestyle coaching, acupuncture and massage. Our goal is to provide you with a customized treatment plan to address your unique needs.

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
