When you meet with your chiropractor, you'll provide information about your health and insurance at that time. We do recommend filling out a few online forms before your visit to speed up this process. Go to our online forms section and download, print, and fill out any forms you are likely to need. We recommend doing this before your first appointment with us.

What You Can Expect During Your Appointment

We take every step possible to ensure you always have access to updated information and the best level of care possible. Many times, those who are visiting us are visiting a chiropractor for the first time. That can be a bit overwhelming. However, there's no need to worry. Dr. London and the team have provided outstanding service to the community for nearly 30 years. We'll take good care of you. We do encourage you to read a bit more about what to expect during your first appointment. Remember, you can ask us any questions you may have, too.

Payment Options

Brookline Family Chiropractic Center offers a variety of payment solutions to meet your needs. We don't want you to suffer in pain because you are unsure of the availability of payment options. We accept most forms of insurance. We are also able to provide a flexible payment plan solution for many of our clients. We do also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases that require third-party claims. Contact us to learn more about the payment options available to you.
